maturity
The date a loan is due.

modification
A change that a lender makes in the terms of your mortgage that does not require you to refinance the loan.

mortgage
A legal document that pledges a property as security for payment of a debt.

multidwelling unit
A property that provides housing units for multiple families, on which there is a single mortgage.
