home equity line of credit
A second mortgage loan allowing you to borrow against the equity of the property.

homeowners association
A non-profit association that manages the common areas in a condo or a planned unit development (PUD).

HUD median income
The median family income for a particular area as estimated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
